  • Grave Warfarina

    Clinical effect: Metronidazol inibe CYP2C9, aumentando os níveis plasmáticos de warfarina e o risco hemorrágico.

    Recommendation: Monitorizar INR com frequência. Reduzir dose de warfarina em 25–50%.

  • Moderada Lítio

    Clinical effect: O metronidazol pode aumentar as concentrações de lítio.

    Recommendation: Vigiar a litemia.

  • Moderada Fenobarbital

    Clinical effect: O fenobarbital reduz as concentrações de metronidazol.

    Recommendation: Vigiar a resposta ao tratamento.

  • Moderada Fenitoína

    Clinical effect: O metronidazol aumenta as concentrações de fenitoína.

    Clinical effect: Pode causar uma reação tipo dissulfiram (rubor, náuseas, vómitos, taquicardia).
